Job Title: Product Marketing Manager
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Job Description

My client is a Series A-funded artificial intelligence startup that built a platform transforming how elite financial institutions operate. By building proprietary AI that automates complex, end-to-end deliverables—such as pitch decks, financial models, and investment memos—this technology business enables top-tier investment banks and private equity firms to scale their output securely. With enterprise-level deployments already live across global financial markets, the team is rapidly expanding to support its next phase of growth and market dominance.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will shape the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and lifecycle messaging for a highly sophisticated, enterprise-grade AI platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and growth, requiring you to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for a premium financial audience. You will lead cross-functional launch cadences, develop robust sales enablement materials, and drive product adoption initiatives to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing or broad go-to-market experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI environment.

  • Proven track record of developing product and solution positioning, messaging frameworks, and GTM strategies for enterprise audiences.

  • Deep expertise in creating sales enablement materials (battlecards, datasheets, pitch decks) and driving cross-functional product launches.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience utilizing CRM and marketing automation platforms to measure campaign attribution and pipeline efficiency.

  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to unify major product releases into a cohesive platform story.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, lifecycle campaigns, and growth programs for core and emerging AI products.

  • Shape the platform’s positioning and messaging, translating customer insights and market research into distinct narratives tailored to financial sector leaders.

  • Orchestrate a regular GTM cadence across product, marketing, and sales to support successful product launches, webinars, and customer education.

  • Construct and optimize sales enablement resources, equipping internal teams and channel partners to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.

  • Analyze funnel data and customer behaviors to continuously refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs), target segments, and product marketing initiatives.

This role offers a competitive base salary, equity options typical of a Series A startup, and comprehensive health benefits. Operating on a hybrid schedule, you will join a high-caliber, cross-functional team dedicated to reshaping the financial technology landscape. This is a unique opportunity to lead critical product marketing initiatives and drive the adoption of a rapidly growing AI platform at a pivotal stage of its expansion.
