Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Warehouse Technician II for a long-term engagement in West Point, PA with one of our Global Pharmaceutical clients. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. Job Summary:
The Warehouse Technician II is responsible for identifying future tasks and engaging with relevant stakeholders. This role requires a deeper understanding of supply chain impacts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify future tasks and engage with stakeholders for next steps.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational success.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to technical activities.
- Maintain current cGMP training and safety training as per site requirements.
- Comply with cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations in all activities.
- Report any potential quality events or non-conformance to GMPs/SOPs as soon as they are observed.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately completed following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Be prepared for occasional overtime and weekend work as needed to meet production demands.
- Collaborate with employees within the department and engage in frequent interactions with employees from other departments to ensure operational continuity.
Warehouse-specific Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming material receipt, clinical site drug returns and sample management
- Receive, inspect and store all warehouse inventory
- Execute sample collection activities
- Perform inventory functions such as weekly replenishment, posting of Excess & Obsolete inventory and min/max changes
- Coordinate and execute discard process for but not limited to expired and non-available inventory
- Process order management and material staging in support of packaging/labeling work centers
- Emergency cold vault coverage, when needed
- Perform regular cycle counts, ensuring system inventory accuracy
Working Conditions:
- This position will require standing or walking for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Occasionally use manual or electric jack for lifting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in a related field; candidates without a degree should have 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Must have experience working in a GMP-regulated environment, experience following SOPs
