  • 5+ years of direct experience in Quality Control for MEP equipment and Cx-QA/QC.
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or management role directing a multidisciplinary team of electrical, mechanical, and civil/structural QA/QC specialists and inspectors.
  • Strong hands-on background in Multifaceted MEP, Controls, and PDMS.
  • Demonstrated experience owning project-level QA/QC programs, including Project Quality Plans (PQPs), ITPs, NCR management, and system turnovers.
  • In-depth knowledge of data center Tier classifications (Uptime Institute Tier III/IV, N+1, 2N, 2N+1) and L1–L5 commissioning phases.
  • OSHA 30 Construction Certification.
  • Ability to work on-site in Amarillo, TX, commit to extended/shift work (nights/weekends during testing events), and travel up to 100% to client project sites as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as USACE CQM-C, ASQ CMQ/OE, CCM, Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), PMP, or LEED AP.
  • Exposure to Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and SCADA platforms.
  • Proficiency with industry platforms: CxAlloy, Bluebeam, Procore, Aconex, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes including IEEE, NEC, NFPA, NETA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NEBB, AABC, and ASME.
