Senior Product Engineer
We’re building the operating system for infrastructure construction — software that helps contractors and operators collaborate on production tracking, cost management, subcontractor onboarding, quoting, and warehouse inventory. With 5+ years of runway and strong growth, we’re hiring a senior product-focused engineer who wants to shape both the code and the business.
The Role
We’re looking to bring on a product-minded engineer who’s excited to own meaningful features end-to-end. You’ll build core product experiences, talk to users, and help define what we build next. You should be energized by taking ideas from whiteboard to production, and motivated by craft, customer impact, and continuous learning.
What You’ll Do

Build new features from scratch and improve existing ones

Define product specs and UI/UX alongside the team

Talk to customers and incorporate feedback into the product

Own projects from concept to QA to launch

Help shape company direction and team culture
What We’re Looking For

Craftsmanship: You sweat the details across UX, code quality, and systems design

Full Ownership: You’re comfortable going from customer conversation ? product definition ? UI sketch ? system modeling ? implementation ? QA

You Might Be a Fit If You Have

5–15 years of experience as a software engineer (frontend or full stack)

Experience at a startup (<300 employees) or at a company known for strong technical talent

A degree from a top-tier university or elite engineering program
-
Willingness to work onsite in NYC

The Offer

Salary: $150k – $210k (higher for Staff-level candidates)

Equity: 0.25% – 0.75%
