Work Location: Charlotte – hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite/work from home)
Duration: 12-24 months initial contract; possible extensions and/or conversion
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of Business Analyst, or Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 8 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies
- Demonstrated capabilities effectively interfacing with engineers, analysts, architects, PMs, along with Mid/Senior/Executive Leadership.
- Must have advanced level experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
What You Will Be Doing
- Analyzes, interprets, defines, and documents detailed requirements and acceptance criteria in features and user stories by collaborating with the business and technology teams, and third party/other interfaces or partners.
- Gathers & catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
- Extract and scrub data, they will take data, export to Excel, perform pivot tables, and formulas, and present current and future status updates.
- Utility type need-they will need to look at all activities and put them within a structured environment.
- Analyze production reporting.
- Workload optimization, capacity optimizations.
- Take organization and streamlining into reporting.
- Presentation of where the volume of work is increasing and where it is decreasing.
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
