This is a full-time IT Services Engineer opportunity located in Scottsdale, Arizona with a cybersecurity-focused organization specializing in network visibility, threat detection, and active defense strategies. This role sits within a Managed IT Security Services team and combines hands-on support with infrastructure work across VMware, Linux, networking, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact, security-driven environment where you’re not just closing tickets, you’re helping protect organizations from real-world cyber threats. The team is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership role and enjoys working across both internal systems and client environments. You’ll gain exposure to advanced security tooling, take ownership of client relationships, and grow into deeper infrastructure and security responsibilities while being part of a highly technical, tight-knit team.

Required Skills & Experience
· 3-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or MSP environments
· Strong experience with Windows and/or Linux systems
· Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365
· Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
· Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
· Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networks, and end-user environments
· Ability to manage multiple tickets and meet SLA timelines

Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience working in an MSP or client-facing IT environment
· Exposure to cybersecurity tools such as EDR, IDS, or SIEM
· Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or HIPAA
· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
· Experience with documentation tools like IT Glue or PassPortal

· 15% Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
· 15% Security (EDR, IDS, access control, compliance)
· 10% O365 and Active Directory

Daily Responsibilities
· 40% Hands On
