A fast growing iGaming platform company operating in the United States is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their team. The company builds and scales high performance systems that power online gaming, betting platforms, and real time transactions, leveraging API-driven architectures, third-party integrations, and highly available distributed systems to support millions of users across multiple jurisdictions.

You’ll lead large, cross-functional programs tied to platform launches, partner integrations, and regulatory expansion, all of which directly impact growth. They’re looking for someone who can bring structure to complex initiatives, navigate compliance heavy environments, and drive alignment across internal teams and external partners. In return, you’ll gain deep exposure to real time systems, regulatory frameworks, and global platform scaling, along with strong visibility to leadership and a clear path toward senior program or operational leadership roles all while working in an industry that’s continuously innovating. Required Skills & Experience
· 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar role
· Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
· Strong experience working with Engineering and Product teams in Agile environments
· Experience managing external partners, vendors, or enterprise-level integrations
· Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and platform-based development
· Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams
· Strong communication skills, including experience presenting to executive stakeholders
· Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience working in regulated industries such as fintech, gaming, or healthcare
· Familiarity with structured PMO environments and enterprise program frameworks
· Experience leading partner integrations or platform rollouts across B2B and B2C models
· Exposure to payment systems or compliance-driven workflows
· PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certification
· Experience managing large-scale programs with 20+ stakeholders
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field What You Will Be Doing
