Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Location: NYC Onsite, Flatiron area

This full-time Technical Product Manager role is an onsite opportunity in the Flatiron District of NYC with a premier leader in Agentic AI. This high-growth technology business is redefining the accounting industry by building autonomous AI agents that act as digital team members for the world’s largest financial firms. Having recently closed a $90M+ Series B with a $1B+ valuation, they are scaling their core platforms to handle complex, reasoning-based workflows like tax preparation and audit testing.

This role offers the rare opportunity to sit at the absolute forefront of the agentic AI revolution, working alongside a high-caliber team of former founders and industry leaders. The defining feature of this position is the shift from traditional product management to true “builder” status; you won’t just be managing a backlog, you’ll be using AI coding tools and collaborating with prompt architects to define how digital agents “reason” through complex tasks. For a PM who thrives in high-signal environments and misses the “0 to 1” grind, this is a chance to exert massive influence over a platform already used by 25%+ of the U.S. Top 25 accounting firms, offering an elite learning curve in LLM orchestration and the autonomy to build 0-to-1 products within a $1.15B venture-backed powerhouse.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years in Product Management, with a specific focus on high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startups.
  • 0 to 1 Launch Experience: A proven track record of taking complex technical products from concept to market.
  • Technical Depth: A technical degree from a Top 30 university, ideally, and direct experience with ML recommendations, API platforms, or AI agents.
  • The “Builder” Mindset: Ability to code or utilize AI coding tools to prototype workflows and conduct experiments independently.
  • Strategic Reasoning: Strong first-principles thinker who can translate vague customer needs into detailed technical agent specifications.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Founder Experience: Previous experience as a founder or an early-stage startup hire is highly preferred.
  • Industry Pedigree: Background at high-signal firms such as OpenAI, Ramp, or Databricks.
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of accounting or audit workflows is a plus but not required.

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 60% ML Agent Platforms & LLM Reasoning
  • 40% Product Primitives & API Integration

Daily Responsibilities

  • 40% Hands-on Prototyping & Technical Spec Writing
  • 40% Team Collaboration (ML Engineers, Prompt Architects, Domain Experts)
  • 20% Product Strategy & Roadmap Definition

The Offer

  • Competitive Salary + Equity Package
  • Bonus eligible

You will receive the following benefits:

  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Generous Vacation Time / PTO
  • Significant Stock Options
  • High-energy onsite culture in the heart of NYC

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
