Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, QA Analyst, or similar Agile role.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience coordinating testing or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a Product Analyst to support a Product Management team in a fast-paced Agile environment. This individual will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, development teams, and testing teams by gathering requirements, analyzing defects, writing user stories, coordinating testing efforts, and supporting product delivery.
Product & Requirements Analysis
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct research on enhancement requests, production issues, and business processes.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Analyze defects and identify root causes to support resolution efforts.
- Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements.
Agile Product Support
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
- Create and maintain user stories within Agile management tools.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by development and QA teams.
- Assist with release planning and product roadmap initiatives.
Test Coordination
- Coordinate testing activities across business and technical teams.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
- Validate that delivered functionality aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Track testing progress, defects, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate communication between testers, developers, and business stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Communicate requirements, priorities, risks, and project updates effectively.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to clarify business needs and technical solutions.
