Job details

We’re hiring a Senior Creative Strategist for a fast-growing, venture-backed company focused on delivering a better experience within a highly impactful sector. As the business continues to scale, they’re investing in creative strategy as a core driver of performance marketing and customer acquisition.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly impactful role at the intersection of data, creativity, and growth marketing, where you’ll help define how the brand captures attention, engages customers, and drives conversion across multiple digital channels.

The company is looking for a strategic, hands-on builder who can combine performance insights with creative thinking to develop and test new ideas at scale. You’ll be responsible for shaping the creative roadmap, running experiments, and uncovering what resonates most with customers.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, lifecycle, and paid acquisition, while partnering with leadership to influence overall growth strategy. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy balancing analytics with creative intuition, and want meaningful ownership over both strategy and execution, this is a strong opportunity to consider.

  • Experience developing and scaling high-performing creative across digital channels
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads)

  • Ability to translate data and insights into compelling creative strategies
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present results and insights
  • Deep understanding of customer motivation, personas, and conversion drivers

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience building landing pages, email campaigns, or conversion funnels
  • Familiarity with creative and workflow tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, or similar platforms)
  • Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or high-growth digital businesses
  • Proven ability to drive conversion growth within CAC targets
  • Experience conducting market, competitor, and customer research
  • Strong balance of creative thinking and analytical rigor

What You Will Be Doing Channel & Focus Breakdown

  • 30% Creative strategy and testing roadmap development
  • 25% Performance analysis and insight generation
  • 20% Cross-functional collaboration with growth and marketing teams
  • 15% Creative production and briefing processes
  • 10% Market research and competitive analysis

Daily Responsibilities

  • 35% Creative testing, iteration, and performance optimization
  • 25% Collaboration with marketing, lifecycle, and paid media teams
  • 20% Research on customer behavior, competitors, and market trends
  • 10% Creative briefing and production oversight
  • 10% Presenting insights and strategic recommendations

The Offer

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package ($110K-$130K CAD)
  • Vacation
  • High-impact role with strong ownership and visibility
  • Opportunity to work closely with leadership and influence growth strategy
  • Collaborative, in-office team environment in downtown Toronto – 5 Days in office
  • Opportunity to shape creative direction at a scaling company
