A fast growing direct to consumer digital company based in Glendale, California is hiring a Creative Director, UX/UI to lead the evolution of digital experiences across a portfolio of consumer brands spanning ecommerce, lead generation, and product-focused web platforms. This full time leadership opportunity is centered around building scalable, high-performing user experiences using modern design systems, Figma, Webflow, Shopify, low-code web technologies, and data-driven UX methodologies. The role oversees multiple UX/UI pods responsible for lead generation, ecommerce, product experience, and design systems while partnering closely with marketing, product, and development teams.
This is an opportunity to build and shape a modern UX organization with real ownership, influence, and measurable business impact. The company is looking for a strategic design leader who understands how UX drives growth someone who can balance customer needs, conversion performance, brand consistency, and scalable systems across multiple business lines. You’ll lead a talented design organization, influence executive-level digital strategy, and help define how the company approaches user experience, experimentation, and AI-assisted workflows moving forward. Required Skills & Experience
· 10+ years of UX/UI or digital product design experience
· Previous experience in a design leadership or Creative Director role
· Strong experience leading UX/UI teams across multiple digital initiatives
· Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and scalable design systems
· Experience designing for ecommerce, lead generation, or consumer-facing digital products
· Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX best practices
· Experience using analytics, CRO methodologies, and experimentation to improve digital performance
· Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, development, and executive stakeholders
· Experience managing high-traffic websites and conversion-focused experiences
Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience in DTC ecommerce, consumer products, or subscription businesses
· Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, Framer, BigCommerce, or similar platforms
· Experience building and evolving enterprise-level design systems
· Background in Agile or fast-paced product environments
· Experience integrating AI-assisted workflows into design operations
· Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar
· Experience leading usability testing and user research initiatives

· Leading and mentoring multiple UX/UI design pods across ecommerce, lead generation, product experience, and design systems
· Driving UX strategy and execution across multiple consumer-facing brands
· Managing design systems, workflows, and scalable UI standards
· Partnering with stakeholders to align user experience initiatives with business goals
· Leading experimentation, CRO initiatives, and performance optimization efforts
· Overseeing user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements
· Collaborating with development partners and internal teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences
