Join a rapidly growing technology organization as a full-time Team Lead NOC Engineer based in King of Prussia. This company delivers enterprise-scale infrastructure and managed services solutions to clients across multiple industries, leveraging cutting-edge technologies including Red Hat Linux, Windows Server environments, virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, and monitoring tools. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing Network Operations Center team while remaining hands-on with critical systems and infrastructure.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC), Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Operations environments
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Strong experience with Red Hat Linux administration and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments
- Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting platforms
- Strong incident management and escalation handling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Exposure to automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash scripting
- Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware
- ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management processes
- Previous experience in a managed services or enterprise operations environment
- Security and compliance experience
