A rapidly scaling health tech company is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to help power its next phase of growth. This is a full-time, remote (US) role working with a modern data stack that includes Snowflake, DBT, Python, SQL, and real-time data pipelines. The company builds connected hardware and AI-driven software used globally to improve human performance through better sleep.
This opportunity is ideal for a senior-level data engineer who wants true ownership. The data platform you build will directly influence product decisions, personalization algorithms, growth strategy, and executive reporting. You’ll work in a high-performance environment where speed, quality, and impact matter, and where engineers are trusted to design systems that scale from thousands to millions of users.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years building and maintaining production-grade data platforms
- Strong experience with SQL and Python in analytics and data engineering contexts
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, DBT, and modern data tooling
- Experience designing batch and streaming data pipelines
- Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and performance optimization
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Desired Skills & Experience
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience supporting ML or personalization use cases
- Exposure to real-time analytics and event-driven architectures
- Mentorship or technical leadership experience
