Job details

A client in the automotive industry who is building the future of tire changing and wheel servicing is hiring a Head of Supply Chain to join their team on a full-time basis. They are a robotics company deploying real systems into the field today. Their machines combine robotics, machine vision, and precision electromechanical design to automate a massive, legacy industry.

You will sit at the center of engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers. You will make hard calls on vendors, cost, and build strategy. You will be responsible for getting real systems built, on time, at cost.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–15+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or manufacturing
  • You have scaled hardware from prototype to production
  • You know how to source across electrical, CNC, and sheet metal
  • You have run or deeply worked with contract manufacturers
  • You take ownership of cost, timelines, and outcomes
  • You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
  • You move fast and operate without heavy process

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Deep supplier network you can activate quickly
  • Experience in robotics, automotive, or industrial hardware
  • Experience scaling early-stage systems into production

The Offer

  • Salary + Benefits + Bonus

You will receive the following benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Vacation Time
