Our client is a well-established provider of scientific, laboratory, healthcare, and government-focused products and solutions, supporting customers across the public and private sectors. As the organization continues to invest in modernization and growth, they are seeking an IT Manager to lead both infrastructure and application development initiatives.

This role is responsible for overseeing IT operations, software development, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and technology strategy within a hands-on, collaborative environment.

Key Projects

  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central migration
  • BizTalk to Cleo migration for EDI and B2B ecommerce operations
  • CMMC Level 2 compliance initiatives and Microsoft GCC adoption

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT leadership experience
  • Strong infrastructure, systems administration, and IT operations background
  • Experience overseeing software development teams and SDLC processes
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, SQL Server, ERP systems, and enterprise applications
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365, EDI/B2B integrations, BizTalk, Cleo, cXML, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related development technologies
  • Experience with cybersecurity, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
