Required Skills & Experience
- • 7+ years of experience in technical writing, product support, or project delivery
• 2+ years of Product Owner experience within Agile environments
• Background in product development, product management, or Scrum delivery models
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Technical Proficiency
• Comfortable working with complex technical systems and applications
• Experience with API documentation and developer-facing content
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments
• Experience supporting developer tools or engineering platforms
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scrum Certification, or PMP / PMBOK / SDLC
What You Will Be Doing
- Documentation Ownership & Strategy
• Own and define the end-to-end documentation strategy for assigned product areas
• Create and maintain user guides, process documentation (Job Aids), FAQs, and knowledge base content
• Manage and maintain Confluence and SharePoint documentation repositories
• Ensure documentation is accurate, scalable, and aligned with product updatesProduct Owner & Agile Experience
Agile Delivery
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Create and manage user stories, tasks, and documentation work items
• Use tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking and collaboration
Product Ownership
• Participate in PI Planning and backlog refinement with Product Owner teams
• Act as the voice of the customer/end user, ensuring usability and clarity
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with Product Owners, Application Managers, Engineers/Developers, and Program Managers
• Gather requirements and ensure technical accuracy and alignment
Technical Communication
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, user-friendly documentation
• Develop content tailored to application managers, engineers, and end users
Project & Delivery Management
• Manage multiple documentation initiatives simultaneously
• Deliver high-quality work within tight timelines
User-Centered Design
• Apply audience-focused principles to improve usability and effectiveness
• Align documentation with user needs and workflows
Content Strategy & Governance
• Identify opportunities for content reuse
• Ensure consistency across all documentation assets
