Contract Duration: 12+ Months with extensions and possible full-time conversion

Required Skills & Experience

  • Product Owner experience within large enterprise environments
  • Banking background (Corporate/Investment Banking strongly preferred)

Hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Power Apps
  • Microsoft Power Automate
  • Strong knowledge of Agile / SDLC methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to balance business needs with technical execution

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Exposure to lending / credit workflows
  • Familiarity with tools such as nCino or Loan IQ
  • Background in integrations / APIs / enterprise systems

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own and manage product backlog, prioritization, and sprint execution within Agile teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Support development and delivery of workflow tools (primarily Power Platform-based)
  • Navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-moving, lightly documented environment
  • Communicate effectively across both business and technical teams
