Contract Duration: 12+ Months with extensions and possible full-time conversion
Required Skills & Experience
- Product Owner experience within large enterprise environments
- Banking background (Corporate/Investment Banking strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Strong knowledge of Agile / SDLC methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to balance business needs with technical execution
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
- Exposure to lending / credit workflows
- Familiarity with tools such as nCino or Loan IQ
- Background in integrations / APIs / enterprise systems
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and manage product backlog, prioritization, and sprint execution within Agile teams
- Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Support development and delivery of workflow tools (primarily Power Platform-based)
- Navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-moving, lightly documented environment
- Communicate effectively across both business and technical teams
