A client is looking to bring on a Platform and DevOps Leader to join their team. This team is based in Atlanta, GA and is in the office as needed. You’ll be joining a growing team working on an agentic cybersecurity application. This is a tart-up team, and you’d be one of the foundational members working alongside 3 other leaders and building teams around yourself. They’re looking for someone who is still hands-on in platform development and developing infrastructure. This position will be 70% hands-on and 30% management. You’ll be developing in a Python and AWS environment. They’re looking for someone who can optimize their Kubernetes environment, implementing terraform, establish ARE practices and develop CI/CD pipelines. You’ll be partnering with some non-local teams, developers, QA, and clients to continue to develop and expand their current product along with implementation of their application for enterprise clients.
You’d be joining a high-level team to make a massive impact on the products and team that is scaling rapidly! This client is looking for someone who is extremely independent and seeks other confident individuals to make a significant impact on their services, new initiatives, and culture. They’re looking for someone with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills who can hit the ground running.
Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience with platform development with Python
  • 10+ years of experience with Cloud engineering in AWS
  • 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline development
  • 5+ year of experience with SOC2 and other compliance initiatives

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with LLMs, Agentic development, and security products
