Job details
A Chicago-based SaaS organization is hiring a full-time Frontend Engineer to help modernize and standardize user interfaces across its product suite. This role has remote work flexibility but there’s also an office you can choose to go into.
This position stands out because it offers the opportunity to influence frontend development across multiple teams rather than working within a single product silo. The majority of the new development will be done using Angular, while maintaining organization on React. The organization is looking for someone who enjoys creating consistency, improving UI architecture, and collaborating across teams to elevate engineering standards. Engineers here gain exposure to a wide range of products and have the autonomy to introduce best practices and new ideas.

- Strong experience with Angular
- Experience with React and maintaining existing applications
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience building reusable UI components and design systems
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience standardizing UI across multiple products or teams
- Familiarity with enterprise-level applications
- Knowledge of modern frontend tooling and build systems
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
