Job Title: Marketing Brand and Content Lead
Location: New York City (Hybrid)

Our client is a rapidly scaling, mission-driven fintech organization dedicated to providing accessible financial services for historically underserved immigrant communities. Backed by over $50 million from top-tier venture capital firms, the business currently processes over $1.5 billion in annual transaction volume and is experiencing explosive growth in its sector. The organization exists to support upward economic mobility through a robust suite of digital banking tools, driven by a highly ambitious team of industry veterans.

In the Brand and Content Lead role, you will report directly to the Head of Growth and serve as the strategic, creative voice of the business. You will take ownership of the brand narrative, ensuring messaging is clear, credible, and culturally resonant across all touchpoints—from paid advertisements to the in-app user experience. Managing a blend of full-time, fractional, and third-party creative talent, you will translate creative instincts into data-backed brand strategies, working closely with product and operations to establish cohesive storytelling that drives tangible business impact.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in content creation and brand management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.

  • Written and spoken fluency in both English and Spanish, with deep cultural competency regarding Latin American immigrant communities in the US.

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing brand health measurement systems with measurable results.

  • Deep experience producing high-quality video, still, and text content, with a strong proficiency in leveraging AI tools for modern content production.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage full-time talent as well as external agencies, creators, and third-party vendors.

  • Ability to work US East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

  • Define, structure, and own the overarching brand narrative and emotionally resonant storytelling across the organization.

  • Drive the operational delivery of creative content across multiple channels, including social media, email, web, paid media, and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns.

  • Establish and own a brand evaluation and measurement system to guide investment decisions and align with product and user acquisition goals.

  • Identify and efficiently leverage a diverse set of resources, including AI tools and external agencies, to optimize the output of the in-house creative team.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to maintain strict brand consistency throughout the customer journey.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a highly competitive salary alongside generous equity, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) for US-based employees. The company fosters a high-trust, collaborative culture with excellent perks including flexible PTO, paid parental leave, a gym subscription, and daily catered lunches for those in the NYC office. Whether you are based in New York City or Mexico City, you will join a tight-knit team committed to high ambition, principled decision-making, and profound customer focus.
