Senior Brand Designer – Chelsea, New York (On-site)

Our client is a profitable, rapidly growing technology business building artificial intelligence and large language model-powered tools that transform private market investment research. With a footprint across New York and London, they partner with top global private equity and consulting firms managing billions in assets.

They are seeking an experienced Brand Designer to collaborate closely with their established Product Design organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in formalizing and scaling their visual identity, turning early-stage concepts into a cohesive, comprehensive design system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Brand Designer or in a lead branding capacity.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing the creation and execution of comprehensive design systems.
  • Experience working alongside product teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with an eye for premium, enterprise-grade branding.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of formalizing and expanding the company’s emerging brand identity.
  • Build scalable, unified brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate directly with the Product Design organization to align brand assets with product functionality.
  • Execute compelling visual collateral that resonates with high-level financial and consulting clientele.

This is an ongoing contract opportunity with a strong potential to convert to a direct full-time role, offering a competitive hourly rate of $60 to $70 depending on experience. You will work on-site with the team in Chelsea, bringing immediate impact to a thriving, bootstrapped business.
