Product Designer, NYC

This rapidly growing technology company empowers pharmaceutical marketers to launch campaigns at unprecedented speeds. By developing advanced AI applications, they are transforming how life sciences organizations commercialize life-saving therapeutics. Having recently partnered with top-tier pharmaceutical manufacturers to support dozens of brands, they operate at the forefront of healthcare innovation and require team members who bring drive, ownership, and grit to their work.

As a Product Designer, you will shape intuitive, effective, and elegant user experiences for next-generation biopharma marketing products. Collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, you will transform complex problems into user-friendly solutions. You will take on a highly autonomous role, acting as a foundational member of the design team to build core applications from concept to launch.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing digital products from concept to launch in fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and direct impact on shipped products.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma, Cursor, and AI-assisted design platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, advocate for design with stakeholders, and thrive amidst ambiguity.
  • Prior experience working within SaaS, AI, healthcare, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for core applications, encompassing research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate high-level requirements into functional user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to accurately define user requirements, workflows, and interfaces.
  • Conduct user research and integrate feedback to continually refine and improve product designs.
  • Establish and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction design language across all products.
  • Balance business needs, technical feasibility, and user goals in every design decision while contributing to the development of early design processes.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact opportunity offering ground-floor equity and the chance to define the future of life sciences product experiences. The comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), flexible PTO, and a professional growth stipend, along with covered lunches and dinners.
