We are seeking a detail-oriented, AI-enabled Operations & Contracts Coordinator working onsite on a hybrid basis in New York, NY to support contract administration, data quality, and sourcing-related workflows. This role focuses on high-volume administrative execution, contract data integrity, and enabling procurement teams to operate efficiently.

Responsibilities
– Support contract administration including document finalization, uploading, and repository management, utilizing AI as needed
– Update and maintain contract database (supplier names, end dates) to support renewal tracking and validation of active contracts
– Execute DocuSign processes and coordinate document workflows
– Perform metadata entry and validation to ensure data accuracy across systems
– Assist with spend data cleaning and applying taxonomy in partnership with data suppliers
– Update internal procurement hub and maintain documentation
– Provide administrative and category support to multiple managers (e.g., scheduling, follow-ups, RFP coordination)
– Track and help drive progress across sourcing activities (non-P2P)
– Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Codex) to improve data quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications
– 3–5 years of experience in operations, contracts administration, or legal support roles
– Comfortable using AI tools to support day-to-day work
– Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
– Excellent communication and ability to coordinate across teams
– Experience with document management and administrative workflows
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications
– Exposure to procurement or sourcing environments
– Experience with DocuSign or similar tools
– Familiarity with contract management or data systems
