Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience
  • Strong background in regulatory and compliance initiatives (US or Global)
  • Experience supporting regulatory reporting and data analysis
  • Knowledge of financial markets and banking operations
  • Proven ability to assess regulatory impact across business functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with regulations impacting financial institutions (e.g., US or global regulatory frameworks)
  • Prior experience supporting CIB or frontline banking teams
  • Exposure to enterprise regulatory programs or large-scale compliance initiatives

What You Will Be Doing

  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
  • Analyze regulatory requirements and assess impacts across business, technology, legal, and operations teams
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine detailed business and functional requirements
  • Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with compliance expectations and delivery timelines
  • Work against defined SLAs and timelines to deliver high-quality analysis and documentation
  • Interpret and translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business insights
  • Support regulatory reporting and data analysis efforts
  • Engage with cross-functional teams within CIB and frontline business units
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies related to regulatory changes
