About the Role How you will contribute

  • Answer routine inquiries and perform public contact duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of human resources information on various topics such as testing, records, wages, and procedures on absences, hiring procedures, and company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with various activities such as recruitment, orientation sessions, and applicant testing.
  • Review applications and interview applicants.
  •  Gather information for and assist with preparation of reports.
  •  Compose and distribute correspondence and or letters that require a knowledge of established departmental procedures.
  • Develop, maintain, analyze and/or assist with various human resources activities and procedures as needed.
  • Prepare, process, and assist payroll and payroll related records as needed.

    Your Key Qualifications

  •  Experience performing basic human resources, customer service, or general office duties.
  • Proficiency on computers including Microsoft Office products and HRIS system
  •  Strong interpersonal /communication skills – able to communicate and establish effective working relationships with all departments. Physical Requirements Safet
  •  Work to be compliant with the company environmental, health and safety standards and rules
