Job Description
A rapidly growing AI startup transforming how institutional organizations manage complex relationships and mission-critical workflows is looking for a Product Designer to help shape the next generation of its flagship platform. Leveraging artificial intelligence and modern software infrastructure, the company is replacing outdated, manual processes with intelligent workflows that help customers make faster, better-informed decisions. Backed by top-tier investors and built by a team of experienced operators from leading financial institutions and technology companies, the business is experiencing rapid growth as it expands across some of the world’s most sophisticated enterprise organizations.
In this role, you’ll own product experiences from concept through launch, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to solve challenging workflow problems for highly demanding users. This isn’t a role focused solely on polishing interfaces or executing predefined requirements. Instead, you’ll help define product direction, challenge assumptions, conduct research, and create intuitive experiences that simplify complex systems. You’ll have the opportunity to influence both product strategy and design while working in an environment that values craftsmanship, curiosity, and thoughtful problem-solving.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join an early-stage company where design plays a strategic role in the business. You’ll work on sophisticated B2B software, collaborate directly with company leadership, and have meaningful ownership over products that customers rely on every day. If you’re passionate about solving complex UX challenges, thrive in highly collaborative environments, and enjoy building products from the ground up, this role offers tremendous impact and long-term career growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of Product Design experience, ideally building B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech products
- Experience owning product features from discovery and research through final delivery
- Strong foundation in UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
- High level of proficiency with Figma, including design systems, component libraries, documentation, and developer handoff
- Ability to translate complex business problems into intuitive, user-centered experiences
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to present ideas, challenge assumptions, and explain design decisions
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle
- Passion for creating thoughtful user experiences with exceptional attention to detail
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working at an early-stage startup or high-growth technology company
- Experience designing workflow-heavy, data-intensive, or enterprise applications
- Familiarity with design systems and contributing to scalable component libraries
- Experience conducting user research and incorporating customer feedback into design decisions
- Strong understanding of AI-powered products and curiosity about how AI can improve user experiences and product development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Comfortable balancing rapid iteration with long-term product thinking
- Experience designing software for financial services, enterprise technology, or other complex industries is a plus
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
- Own product features from initial discovery through design, prototyping, testing, and launch
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to solve complex customer workflow challenges
- Conduct user research and translate customer feedback into intuitive product experiences
- Design thoughtful user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes
- Contribute to and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform
- Balance strategic product thinking with detailed execution across multiple initiatives
- Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly based on customer and internal stakeholder input
- Apply AI tools and emerging technologies to improve design workflows and product experiences
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and exceptional customer experiences throughout the product development process
- Continuously refine product experiences through testing, data analysis, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams
The Offer
You will receive the following benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary
- Equity Participation
- Fully Covered Medical Insurance
- Dental Benefits
- Vision Benefits
- Unlimited Paid Time Off
- Lunch and Commuter Stipend
- Office Snacks and Beverages
- Opportunity to work directly with founders and executive leadership
- Significant ownership within a rapidly growing AI startup
- Opportunity to shape the product experience of a category-defining enterprise software platform
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis now and in the future.
