Job Description
A fast-growing AI startup transforming the future of marketing intelligence is looking for a Founding Product Leader to define and execute the product vision for its next-generation AI platform. This company is building AI for marketing leaders, enabling brands to focus on strategy and storytelling while intelligent AI agents automate data management, analytics, campaign generation, measurement, and reporting. Powered by a proprietary consumer graph covering more than 270 million U.S. consumers and over 2,000 longitudinal attributes, they are helping some of the world’s leading brands unlock smarter, data-driven marketing through AI. Backed by $20M in funding from leading venture firms and built in partnership with OpenAI, the company is rapidly becoming one of the most exciting players in AI-powered marketing technology.
In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for their AI platform, working at the intersection of product management, data infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and developer platforms. You’ll collaborate directly with Engineering, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to build scalable API-first products, evolve their consumer intelligence platform, and shape the future of AI-powered decision making for enterprise marketers. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically-minded Product Leader who enjoys solving complex data problems while driving product strategy from concept through execution.
This is a full-time onsite opportunity based in New York City, offering competitive salaries plus meaningful equity participation. As one of the earliest product leaders at the company, you’ll work directly with the founders and executive team while helping build the product organization from the ground up. If you’re passionate about AI, data infrastructure, developer platforms, and building category-defining products, this is an opportunity to have an enormous impact on both the company and the future of marketing technology.

• Experience building API-first products, developer platforms, data infrastructure, or identity resolution products
• Strong understanding of large-scale data systems, schemas, identity graphs, match rates, latency, and data enrichment platforms
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver highly technical products
• Proven success building products for technical users including engineers, data scientists, analytics teams, or RevOps organizations
• Experience writing product requirements documents (PRDs), API specifications, technical documentation, and customer-facing release notes
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics and customer insights to drive product decisions
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience working with AI, machine learning, LLMs, or agentic AI platforms
• Experience building products involving customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing technology, or advertising technology
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, modern data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and enterprise integrations
• Comfortable reading engineering codebases and collaborating using AI-assisted development tools
• Experience building products within fast-paced, early-stage startup environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
• Passion for solving complex technical problems through elegant product design
• Self-starter with a bias toward action and continuous learning
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
• Own and drive their end-to-end product roadmap across AI, data infrastructure, APIs, and consumer intelligence products
• Define long-term product strategy around identity resolution, data quality, enrichment, coverage, freshness, and platform scalability
• Lead the evolution of their API-first platform into a comprehensive AI-powered marketing intelligence solution
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to prioritize product initiatives and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate technical tradeoffs, unblock implementation decisions, and ensure successful product delivery
• Define product requirements, API specifications, technical documentation, and customer-facing product communications
• Lead integration strategy across Salesforce, HubSpot, customer data platforms, advertising platforms, and modern data ecosystems
• Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and key metrics to continuously optimize platform capabilities
• Work directly with executive leadership to shape long-term product vision and business strategy
• Help establish the product function and build the foundation for future product organization growth
