Our client, a software company known for specializing in 3D design, engineering, and simulation solutions, is actively hiring an Executive Assistant to join their team. This will be a hybrid role and will be working 3x a week onsite in Waltham, MA!
In this role, you will be the go-to person for facilitating communication and solutions for their executive team and customers. You will maintain complex schedules for various managers, visiting customers, partners, and guests while also facilitating inquiries and supporting any phone, email, or written correspondence.
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Prior international and domestic travel planning experience
- Proficiency using MS Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What You Will be Doing:
- Act as a liaison for and with executives including internal and external clients
- Coordinate on worldwide travel arrangements
- Reconcile, process, and approve expense reports
- Manage and prepare internal and external events, participation in, and/or support for large-scale events
