Our client is an established organization seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a high-volume digital commerce platform. This role will own a defined product area and manage initiatives from requirements and prioritization through development, launch, and ongoing optimization. 

The ideal candidate has several years of eCommerce or digital product management experience and is comfortable partnering closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders. This person should be highly organized, data-driven, and capable of independently managing priorities and driving projects forward. 

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Several years of Product Management experience, preferably within eCommerce or digital products

  • Experience supporting consumer-facing digital platforms

  • Experience developing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Strong understanding of product roadmaps, prioritization, and feature delivery

  • Experience working within Agile development environments

  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

  • Ability to use data and customer insights to inform product decisions

  • Experience partnering closely with engineering and other technical teams

  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience within eCommerce, retail, or consumer technology

  • Experience with product analytics and A/B testing or experimentation

  • Experience working on large-scale or high-traffic digital platforms

  • Technical education or experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Decision Science, AI/ML, or a related area

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Manage a defined area of a digital commerce platform from planning through delivery

  • Develop and maintain product priorities and roadmaps

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Partner with engineering teams throughout design, development, testing, and release

  • Evaluate competing priorities and make informed product tradeoffs

  • Coordinate dependencies and address risks that could impact delivery

  • Track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Use analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to guide future enhancements

  • Communicate product progress, priorities, and decisions to internal stakeholders

  • Ensure new features meet business objectives and provide a strong end-user experience
