Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3+ years of Information Security, Technology Operations, or IAM-related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 2+ years of experience in identity and access management, including one or more of the following:
  • Access provisioning or request fulfillment
  • De-provisioning
  • Access certification or review support
  • Authorization or authentication support

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on or operational experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI) and how they apply to access controls.
  • Experience working in a queue-based, ticket-driven support environment.
  • Ability to follow standardized procedures while identifying when escalation is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Foundational understanding of authentication and identity standards such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to changing responsibilities across IAM operational functions.
