Job Title: Enterprise AI Product Manager
Location: New York City (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite a week)

Our client is a fast-growing technology company transforming the enterprise travel space through artificial intelligence. They are building zero-to-one products that bring cutting-edge AI capabilities into everyday travel workflows, streamlining operations and scaling complex enterprise travel programs.

They are looking for a highly consultative Product Manager to drive the development of these emerging travel solutions. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with enterprise clients to understand their operating constraints and lead strategic product discussions. Partnering directly with engineering, design, and company leadership, you will own the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and delivery to adoption—translating complex business needs into scalable, AI-driven automation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in product management.

  • Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.

  • A highly consultative approach with the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong product judgment, analytical skills, and experience managing tradeoffs with technical teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A genuine interest in AI and frontier technology, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Preferred: Experience building zero-to-one products in AI, enterprise software, travel, or payments, along with a strong academic background.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to identify workflow pain points and opportunities for AI-driven automation.

  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, implementation planning, and product reviews with current and prospective clients.

  • Translate customer needs into clear requirements and a prioritized product roadmap that balances customer value, platform scalability, and commercial priorities.

  • Own features end-to-end, working closely with engineering and design to manage scope, tradeoffs, and execution.

  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities to develop practical, high-impact product experiences.

  • Define success metrics, leveraging product data and customer feedback to drive adoption, reliability, and an exceptional user experience.

This is a hybrid position requiring regular in-office presence in New York City. The role offers a highly competitive compensation package ranging from $140,000 to $190,000, plus equity, depending on experience and level. You will also receive comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) retirement plan. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the future of AI in the travel industry while making a massive impact in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
