  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, including change monitoring and logical access reviews
  • Comfort working security tickets and a phone queue against defined SLAs, with strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical issues to staff at all levels and to vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, including projects that run for several months
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation, work the Tuesday through Saturday schedule, and occasionally travel to remote locations
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience and training

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Security+, CySA+, SSCP, or similar certification
  • Experience with a governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform
  • Exposure to third-party security risk reviews
  • Experience writing or maintaining information security policies and IT procedures
  • Prior experience in a financial services or other regulated environment

  • 15% Network perimeter security (firewalls, web filtering, IPS, DLP, secure email)
  • 15% Active Directory and logical access reviews
  • 30% Vulnerability management and patch coordination

Daily Responsibilities

  • 70% Hands On
  • 30% Team Collaboration
