Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience
- Project/Release Management
- Commercial Card Program Knowledge
- Understanding of commercial credit card products, virtual cards, expense management solutions, and payment ecosystems.
- Familiarity with issuer, network (Visa/Mastercard), and client-facing processes.
- Project & Program Management
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and dependencies.
- Experience creating and maintaining detailed project plans, milestones, risks, and issue logs.
- Proven ability to drive projects from initiation through implementation.
- Release Management
- Experience coordinating technology and product releases.
- Ability to oversee quarterly or recurring release cycles, testing activities, readiness reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Stakeholder Management
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendor partners.
- Experience leading meetings, facilitating decision-making, and driving accountability.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and operational impacts.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex product and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Experience managing escalations and driving timely resolution of issues.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze operational, product, and technology impacts.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with Commercial Cards, Virtual Card Programs, Digital Wallets, or Expense Management platforms (e.g., Wells One Expense Manager).
- Familiarity with Visa commercial payment products and release processes.
- Experience working within a large financial institution and navigating governance requirements.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project tracking tools.
- Experience supporting product implementations, client onboarding, or product launches.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Support intake and prioritization processes, establishing transparent and consistent methods for evaluating and onboarding new work into the product backlog.
- Product Delivery (Planning, Prioritization, Delivery, Release):
- Ensure all defined JIRA standardization, requirement templates, and JIRA fields and labeling are implemented and followed within the teams for consistency.
- Create and manage a release plan
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, and cross-product areas,that advance the work owned by the Product Area, helping teams stay focused on delivering committed outcomes.
- Facilitates scrum of scrum with product, scrum and DDI leads to gather execution updates, blockers and dependencies.
- Track and manage intra and inter-product area dependencies, track and manage impediments to features/stories, coordinate testing approaches, and ensure necessary conversations between engineers across different teams are occurring,
- Manage all internal communication and or common groups (AD Groups, Distribution Lists, etc), ensure adherence to JIRA hygiene standards
- Fully understands outlined structure for Planning & Prioritization, prepares product teams for key activities and facilitates required forums with the right teams and stakeholders.
- Act as the ECM and GPL Policy/Procedure SME while ensuring team compliance
- Product Reflect:
- Contributes to status reports and product roadmap updates for larger leadership and product and delivery forums (BUR, etc)
- Support team sustainability and maturity, fostering trusted relationships across product area roles and helping teams evolve toward high performance and autonomy.
- Drive agile best practices and coordinates with other delivery coordinators to scale these practices across product areas.
- Identify gaps in agile practices and create effective training programs for iterative education and refreshers within teams
- Work with scrum masters to prepare accurate and detailed agile metrics and report discrepancies to delivery, tech and product leaders.
