A rapidly growing AI startup building the marketing brain for every business in the world is looking for a Lead Product Designer to own design across product, brand, and customer experience. Since launching earlier this year, This company has gone viral and now advises on over $1 billion in annual ad spend across hundreds of brands, including some of the largest consumer companies in the world. As the company’s first design hire, you will play a critical role in shaping not only the future of their platform, but also helping define what the next generation of AI product experiences should look like.

In this role, you will work directly with the founders to establish the design vision, own the end-to-end user experience, and help shape the strategic direction of the product. They believes the future of AI extends far beyond the traditional chat interface, and they are looking for someone with strong product instincts, exceptional taste, and a point of view on what the next interaction model for AI should be. This is an opportunity to influence product strategy from day one while building experiences that will be used by marketers and businesses around the world.

This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates across the United States. They offer a competitive compensation package along with meaningful equity participation of 0.75% – 1.5%. This is a rare opportunity to join a venture-backed startup at an early stage where your work will have a direct impact on the product, customers, and future direction of the company. You will have significant ownership, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to help define an entirely new category of AI-powered software.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong product design experience across web applications and software products
• Experience owning end-to-end product experiences from concept through launch
• Expertise in visual design, interaction design, user experience, and information architecture
• Experience conducting customer research and translating feedback into product improvements
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product thinking and design craft
• Ability to work cross-functionally with founders, engineers, and customers
• Experience using modern design tools such as Figma and AI-assisted design workflows
• Strong understanding of AI products and emerging user interaction models

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience designing products at high-growth startups or leading technology companies
• Experience building or scaling AI-powered products
• 0-to-1 product development experience
• Experience establishing and evolving product design systems and brand identity
• Prototyping, coding, writing, or other complementary creative skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong product intuition and customer empathy
• Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and urgency

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design experience across the Parker platform
• Partner directly with founders to define product vision and roadmap priorities
• Design user experiences that push beyond traditional AI chat interfaces
• Establish the design standards and craft bar for all customer-facing experiences
• Design product interfaces, marketing assets, sales materials, and brand experiences
• Conduct customer interviews and incorporate feedback into rapid product iterations
• Collaborate closely with engineers to bring concepts to life quickly
• Prototype and test new AI interaction models and workflows
• Help define the future design organization as the company grows
