Job Title: Director, Product Development – MCP Platform & Agent Ecosystem
Location: Hybrid NYC 2 days/week I office downtown

As the Director of Product Development for the MCP Platform & Agent Ecosystem, you will own the core engineering foundations that open this massive ecosystem to external AI channels. Leading the strategy for Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents, you will scale the external-facing Model Context Protocol (MCP) platform to securely integrate elite rewards and lifestyle capabilities with leading external AI platforms. You will establish enterprise-wide standards for responsible AI governance, protecting direct customer relationships while pioneering the future of agentic ecosystems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, specifically leading platform, API, or developer infrastructure products.
- Proven experience building developer-facing products, APIs, SDKs, or ecosystem platforms (backgrounds in Big Tech or major travel networks are highly preferred).
- Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, identity (OAuth), consent management, and platform security.
- Hands-on expertise or strong familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, MCP, tool orchestration, and function calling.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate highly regulated, cross-functional environments spanning engineering, risk, legal, and compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise-wide MCP platform.
- Establish the foundational capabilities and governance models required to securely expose services to external LLMs and AI assistants.
- Build and lead an internal MCP Center of Excellence, setting strict standards for tool design, metadata, and agent integration best practices.
- Own the end-to-end developer experience, including documentation, SDK requirements, onboarding, and integration frameworks.
- Partner with security and platform engineering teams to define scalable approaches for identity resolution, permissioning, and customer data protection.
