Job Description
A leading consumer finance company helping millions of Americans achieve their financial goals is looking for a UX Lead to help drive the next generation of digital experiences across its lending platform. As one of the largest non-bank lenders in the United States, the company is making significant investments in modernizing its technology, creating intuitive digital products, and transforming the way both customers and employees interact with its financial services. Through a multi-year digital transformation initiative, they’re reimagining complex operational workflows with a focus on usability, scalability, and innovation.
As a UX Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of the company’s flagship digital platform by designing end-to-end experiences for internal users across the loan lifecycle. This is a highly collaborative individual contributor role where you’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations to simplify complex business processes into intuitive, scalable workflows. You’ll have the opportunity to influence product strategy, solve challenging UX problems, and create meaningful experiences that improve efficiency for thousands of employees while ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior product designer who enjoys working on complex systems rather than consumer marketing pages. You’ll help define how large-scale operational platforms evolve, contribute to a growing design system, and work alongside cross-functional teams that value thoughtful design, accessibility, and measurable business outcomes. If you’re passionate about solving difficult workflow challenges, influencing product direction, and building enterprise software that makes a real impact, this is an outstanding opportunity.
This is a C2H hybrid position based in Baltimore, MD, requiring three days per week onsite (Tuesday through Thursday). The company offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to join a well-established organization that continues to invest heavily in digital transformation and employee growth.
